Biography

Luan Wenkang: Associate Chief Physician in the Department of Trauma Repair and Tissue Regeneration, Plastic Surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. He graduated from Peking Union Medical College with a Doctor of Medicine degree. He formerly served as a Master's supervisor at Jiangsu University and as a reserve academic leader of the Plastic Surgery Department at the Affiliated People's Hospital of Jiangsu University. He is currently a National Youth Committee Member of the STAR Plastic Surgery and Burn Professional Committee, a member of the Basic Research Academic Group of the Plastic Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and an Aesthetic Medicine Attending Physician. He was selected for the National Top 100 Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Experts by Academic Influence. He specializes in eye plastic surgery, comprehensive scar treatment, rhinoplasty, injectable minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, facial rejuvenation and contouring, fat grafting and body reshaping, and excision and repair of superficial body surface masses. In the field of injectable filler complications, he can precisely manage post-injection embolism, infection, retained foreign bodies, and other issues. In research, he has led six research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, has published more than 40 SCI papers in total, and serves as a reviewer for multiple SCI journals. He has successively been selected for multiple talent programs, including the "Jinshan Youth Innovation Talent" Program, the "Jinshan Medical Practitioner" Project Medical Rising Star Talent, the "169 Project" Academic and Technical Backbone, and the "Rehabilitation Medicine Talent Leading Plan." He was awarded the title of "Municipal Outstanding Young Physician" and has won provincial and municipal outstanding paper awards multiple times.
